The Guest Chef Series has become a highlight of the JUSTIN Winery Culinary Program. The success has been from the long standing relationships that both Justin and Deborah Baldwin have established with some of the great chefs of the culinary world. The Baldwins bring their love of friends, food and wine back to the Central Coast to share the experience of international cuisine. Dinners are held in our stunning barrel chai and are preceded by an intimate reception and an opportunity to mix it up with the Chef and distinguished guests.
Past Guest Chefs include Thomas Keller from French Laundry, Roy Yamaguchi from Roy’s, Shawn McLain from Spring Restaurant - Chicago, John Campbell from The Vineyard at Stockcross – England, John Besh from Restaurant August – New Orleans, Susanna Foo from Susanna Foo’s - Philadelphia and the list goes on.
