Why do you have a restaurant at the winery?

Email us your request at info@JUSTINwine.com!

Why do you name some of your wines after geometric shapes?
We originally named our Bordeaux-style blend ISOSCELES to reinforce the fact that it is made from three grape varieties and that an ISOSCELES triangle has three sides – not to mention we could trademark the name!

The soul of JUSTIN is ISOSCELES. This Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is the highest expression of our winemaking capabilities. Awarded some of the highest honors given to wines, ISOSCELES has consistently performed at World Class levels.

How long have you been featuring America’s top chefs in your Guest Chef Dinner Series?
Our program started in 1990 making it one of the oldest and most respected of its kind in the United States.
