Cheryl Wieczorek
Vice President, Director of Finance
Cheryl Wieczorek joined our team in the beginning of 1998 as our first "Controller". She came to us with extensive experience as a corporate controller with an emphasis in manufacturing and cost accounting. Cheryl is a CPA and worked for a large regional firm in Long Beach.
She traded her city lifestyle for country living with her husband and her furry-four-on-the-floor children, (two horses, two dogs and two kitties). When not working on the financial end of our business, she can be found riding through the trails of Paso Robles.

Jeannine Young
Human Resources Manager
Jeannine Young brings over 30 years of human resources experience to JUSTIN. Jeannine is recognized as an expert in her field as is evidenced by her prestigious certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) held since 2001. She is often asked to speak around the state on across a variety of HR topics, she actively supports the profession in the local community by participating as a board member to the local HR association and heading the bi-annual Compensation & Benefits Survey conducted county wide, and has become known nationally for her HR article “Ask Jeannine”.
A long career in diverse business fields and experience gained in management positions in retail, manufacturing, and in public and private sectors including the wine industry, provide Jeannine with just the right background to be a key player on the JUSTIN team. Jeannine’s style of management and determination to support all facets of the business enables her to put the “human” in “human resources.
Born and raised in California, Jeannine and her husband live in Paso Robles and share an enthusiasm for aviation having built and flown their own airplanes and helicopter. When on the ground, they also share a strong passion for wine while tending their flock of 17 designer egg-laying chickens – they call them “their girls”.

Shelly Brewster
Administrative Assistant
Shelly Brewster moved to the Paso Robles area from Irvine, California and although she has enjoyed living in a variety of different places including Colorado, Georgia, and Florida, she feels most at home living in California. In 2001, after moving back to Orange County, she discovered her passion for wine while working in the hospitality industry at hotels including The Four Seasons in Newport Beach and The Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside. She enjoyed learning about wine so much that she dreamed of one day working in the wine industry. She realized that dream when she joined JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery as the Administrative Assistant in August of 2008. These days, Shelly enjoys spending time with her fiance, Jimmy and the company of good friends while toasting to life's possibilities!

Renee West
Accounting Manager
Renee came to JUSTIN Winery August of 2007. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a business (accounting) degree in 1984. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Renee's primary responsibilities are to manage the day to day accounting operations with direct responsibility for inventory control. She also performs complex accounting projects for the CFO, Cheryl Wieczorek.
Renee's favorite pastimes include being with family, travel, and enjoying fine wines. She spends most of her free time with her husband Rex, trying to keep track of their four very active children, not to mention their three beloved felines!

Debra Reifers

Debra Reifers joined JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in June of 2006 with over 13 years of accounting experience. She relocated from New Jersey in order to spend more time enjoying the great weather and wines that California’s Central Coast has to offer. In her spare time, Debra enjoys spending quality time with her husband Bill and their Pugs. She also loves to spend her free time camping, hiking, and riding motorcycles along the coast.

Trina Perotti
Wine Society Accounting
Trina Perotti joined JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in July of 2007. Trina’s 18+ years of administrative and accounting experience as well as her drive to succeed and exceptional work ethic make her an absolute asset to the company. In just two short years, Trina has been promoted twice and held three different positions. She started out as our Administrative/Marketing Assistant, then became our Accounts Payable Manager, and is now happily (we hope!) serving as our Wine Society Accounting. Needless to say, we’re thrilled to have her back on the Sales & Marketing team!
Born and raised in Northern California, Trina relocated to the Central Coast in 2006. She lives in Paso Robles with her husband Dave, daughter Bekah, two dogs and two cats. Trina enjoys spending time with her family, barbecuing with friends, spoiling her pets (and winery dog Francoise), and visiting the wonderful beaches that line California’s Central Coast.
