Maggie Cameron joined JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in the fall of 2007. In her previous position as Dining Room Manager at the Capital Grille in Boston, Massachusetts, Maggie developed a strong interest in fine wine. Being familiar with JUSTIN wines from her time in the restaurant industry, it was natural for her to explore a career in the wine industry in Paso Robles at JUSTIN. In her free time, Maggie loves going on wine tasting trips and experimenting in the kitchen.

Nicole Gruber Thompson

Nicole moved to our area in September of 2010 from Denver, Colorado where she worked as a legal administrator at a private law firm. Prior to her experience in law, she has eight years of experience working in upscale restaurant groups in both Minneapolis and Denver as an event planner and marketing director.

Nicole has enjoyed residing on the Central Coast because she is now closer to family. Her hobbies include trying new restaurants, traveling, concerts, and going to the beach. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and two spoiled cats, Ziggy and Huey. “It feels wonderful to be in California! The Central Coast is truly one of the most beautiful places in the country and I feel so blessed to be here and part of the JUSTIN Team.”

Lindy Kozlowski

Lindy moved to Paso Robles 6 years ago from Moorpark, CA. She never thought much of Paso Robles until she began working in the field of hospitality 5 years ago. It was in this business that she began to explore the region and eventually fell in love with the local wineries. She began working for The JUST Inn in July 2009 and after 6 short months she was hired as the Wine Society Assistant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, and enjoying the beautiful central coast weather.

Christy Poquette
Wine Society & Tasting Room Assistant

Born and raised on the Central Coast, Christy has a love and passion for life that extends to fully immersing herself in the wine industry. Christy brings experience and the knowledge she has gained while working in the beautiful rolling hills of wine country for nearly 7 years. She is an outdoorsy country girl who enjoys horseback riding, shooting, camping, surfing, playing at the lake and exploring Paso’s wine country. Christy has been with Justin for three years now and has worked in the tasting room, inn and wine society. “Justin is not just my job it’s my family! My cup overflows!”
