Meet Executive Chef
Chef Torres graduated with top honors from the prestigious California School of Culinary Arts, then apprenticed at some of the region’s finest kitchens. He began his professional career at the sophisticated KOI restaurant in West Hollywood, ultimately taking on a leadership role. Since coming to JUSTIN in 2005, Chef Torres has been a vital part of The Restaurant, spearheading the 2013 relaunch and creating innovative new menus.
