The JUST Inn B&B, set in the middle of wine country on California's Central Coast in the Paso Robles AVA, invites rest and relaxation in sumptuous style.
Each of our four luxury suites: Tuscany, Provence, Sussex, and Bordeaux, are appointed in fine European tradition. Tapestry-covered furnishings, queen and king sized feather beds and frescoed ceilings add to the charm and comfort of these private suites.
A visit to the JUST Inn is complete with a stroll in our English Gardens or a dip in the heated spa and pool (open seasonally).
Your stay at our unique Bed & Breakfast set amidst rolling hills of vineyards includes a complimentary bottle of hand crafted JUSTIN wine, full breakfast, and a winery tour.
In-room massage, special packages, wireless internet, and concierge services are available. Wine Society members receive a 20% discount on room rates.
The JUST Inn is a non-smoking facility.
Dinner is served nightly in our gourmet, on-property restaurant, Deborah's Room at 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30. Lunch is served on Saturday from 12pm to 4pm. Reservations are required for dinner and recommended for lunch.
PET POLICY
We welcome dogs 16 lbs and under at the JUST Inn for an additional $100 per night. Included in their stay is a special dog water and dog food bowl with special food and treats. In addition, they will enjoy their very own doggy bed specifically designed for their JUST Inn stay. Dogs can enjoy walks in the vineyard with their masters (on leash) as well as an enjoyable country adventure away from the hustle bustle of the city.
Tuscany Suite $375*
A touch of Italy with modern European elegance and an eclectic flair enhances this 600 sq. ft. suite. Clean urban lines, marble bath with hydro-spa, flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace are backdrops to two vineyard view balconies which are all yours to enjoy.
Provence Suite $375*
A sunny feel of Southern France spills over this lovely 600 sq. ft. suite. Relax on your balcony overlooking an acre of English gardens. Its warm yet clean modern European lines are enhanced by a marble bath and hydro-spa, flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace and unique architectural features. Original modern artwork by a local artist surround you to create a feeling of style and calm.
Sussex Suite $395*
English charm complete with beautiful coffered ceilings, chintz & antique furnishings and spacious accommodations say it all for this 1200 sq. ft. suite. Warmth and sophistication with European flair, marble bath with hydro-spa and a wood-burning fireplace complete the comforts suggested from a far away world. All of this with a small private garden right outside your front door.
Bordeaux Suite $395*
"Mas de Bordeaux" is our Bordeaux country house at the winery. This 1400 sq. ft. townhouse apartment is known as the "winery suite". With it's own private kitchen and dining room, you will feel you are in your own French chateau surrounded by vineyards and a working winery! What could be better? The Bordeaux suite has one upstairs bedroom with California King bed, complete with bathroom and walk in closet. The downstairs living room has a queen size sofa bed, with nearby powder room.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
For all reservations please call 805/238.6932 or 800/726.0049 ext. 3224. Due to our small size all cancellations and changes are subject to a $25.00 fee. A $300 deposit will be charged to your credit card on confirmation of your reservation. We ask that if your plans change, please notify us at least ten days in advance of your reservation or you will forfeit your $300 deposit.
Fine Print
All room rates are per room per night single or double occupancy.
There is a $50 charge per night for each additional guest in Tuscany, Provence, and Sussex. There is a $50 charge per night for two additional guests in Bordeaux.
