Our 2012 JUSTIN Rosé is one of the most exciting summer wines that we have ever made. Made in a classic Provençal style, it shows the same beautiful color and sunny complexity of wines made in this style all around the Mediterranean. The important difference though, is that is it made from our keystone grape, cabernet sauvignon! Light, refreshing and dry, this wine will pair fantastically with just about anything you will want to eat this summer and is a wine that you will want to acquire by-the-case so you can always have one chilled and on hand for casual sipping or dining!

Our Sauvignon Blanc reflects the diversity of the climates and soils within the Paso Robles AVA that range from the cool, limestone laden Templeton Gap area to the warmer, more river sand influenced eastern vineyards. We’ve combined Sauvignon Blanc we made from vineyards in these unique areas to give our 2011 JUSTIN Sauvignon Blanc a full palate of tropical and citrus fruits balanced by a crisp, refreshing and mineral structure. The result is a wine that is both a refreshing summer aperitif, and a perfect food pairing wine for a wide range of cheeses or seafood dishes.

The JUSTIN Reserve Chardonnay is crafted in a style that provides a crisp, refreshing summer wine upon release, but acquires a rich nutty depth over time, evolving into a more textured, classically structured chardonnay after a few years in the cellar. A versatile food pairing wine, this wine is a unique American expression of Chardonnay, combining the character of crisp citrus and green apple of northern Burgundian classics like Chablis with the rich, mouth-filling finish of a Cote de Beaune from the south.

Bright red cherry, with darker cassis and berry notes at the beginning. Sustained fruit with dusty tobacco, vanilla and licorice in the mid palate. Long, complex finish dominated by bright cherry, with a pleasing combination of spice, mineral and herbs. The style of the 2009 vintage is flashy and intense -- the perfect accompaniment to a savory turkey hash with poached egg and smoked paprika hollandaise sauce.
