The Restaurant at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery offers dining guests a unique respite from the oftentimes “table turning” frenzy of the ever competitive restaurant scene. We are an oasis of quiet and genteel elegance located 18 miles west of picturesque downtown Paso Robles. The approach to The Restaurant at JUSTIN is majestic as the final sweeping turn reveals the rugged Santa Lucia range and our restaurant, of traditional Mas Provinçale design, nestled within our vineyards. This extraordinary landscape sets the bar unusually high for our patron’s dining expectations. We have exceeded that challenge in both culinary adventure and in the range and depth of our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Wine List. Executive Chef Will Torres takes full advantage of “farm to table” local offerings including produce and herbs from our own Chef’s Garden. Blending and bending savory and sweet, nouveau and traditional, Chef Will’s food delivers nuances of urban sophistication and down home delicious.
The Restaurant at JUSTIN, one of Paso Robles top restaurants, offers nightly dinners, al fresco weekend lunches on our wishing well patio and new for the summer of 2012, picnic lunches Friday through Sunday (now through Labor Day weekend).
Dinner is served nightly at 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, and 7:15. Reservations Required. Open for al fresco lunch on Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Reservations recommended. Picnic lunch is available Friday-Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Advance notice requested for parties of 8 or more.
