The world-renowned MICHELIN Guide has awarded The Restaurant at JUSTIN a MICHELIN Green Star, given to restaurants that strive to hold themselves to the highest ethical and environmental standards.
Farm to table
We source 95% of our produce ingredients locally, either from our 26-acre estate garden of edible flower fields, exotic fruits, vegetables, and herbs, or local farmers markets. We also irrigate our gardens with water captured from rainfall or runoff as part of our ongoing commitment to responsible resource management.
In a class all our own
This achievement, coupled with our freshly awarded MICHELIN Star, makes JUSTIN the only winery restaurant in the U.S. to earn both honors.
