Blind Tasting Class
Blind Taste Like a Somm trains your palate in the recently renovated ISOSCELES Library. You taste a diverse slate of wines blind, then learn how to pair wine with food.

Heritage Flight
Choose five library wines from a rotating selection of past vintages, curated by our sommeliers and poured from our cellar.

Luxury Vineyard Tour and Premium Tasting
A Wine Educator takes you through the vineyards of our founder’s estate while you taste a premium flight of JUSTIN wines. Reserve all five seats for a private experience, and one seat is complimentary.

Chocolatier for a Day
Learn chocolate production from our JUSTIN chocolatiers, then design and paint your own custom truffles to take home. While the finishing touches go on, you taste a pairing of JUSTIN wines.

Cave Tour and Barrel Tasting
A senior wine educator leads you through our wine caves and our history and winemaking philosophy. The hour ends with a taste of the newest ISOSCELES vintage from the barrel.

Edible Garden Tour and Tea Blending
The Restaurant at JUSTIN’s farmstead manager walks you through the edible garden with a glass of Rosé, introducing the fruits, vegetables, and herbs the kitchen uses. You finish by blending your own tisane (herbal tea), salt, or other garden takeaway.
