JUSTIN Classroom Grants
At JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, we believe investing in education is investing in the future. Teachers know best what their students need to succeed, whether that’s musical instruments, graphing calculators, STEM materials, or books.
To help bring these essential tools and experiences to your classroom, JUSTIN is proud to offer grants of up to $2,000 to support supplies that inspire learning and growth.
Who can apply?
School Eligibility
Classrooms at select schools in North San Luis Obispo County. Only full-time educators who spend at least 75% of their time directly with students are eligible to apply.
Project Eligibility
Grants fund classroom supplies that directly support student learning – such as calculators, microscopes, and books. Not eligible for funding: snacks, gift cards, furniture (e.g., bookshelves, wobble chairs, rugs), staffing, or professional development.
Grant Amount
Teachers may request up to $2,000 per project. Requests exceeding this amount will not be reviewed, as we are unable to partially fund projects. Each teacher is eligible for one grant per cycle – so make it count!
How to Apply
We partner with DonorsChoose.org to receive, vet, and fulfill classroom supply requests.
DonorsChoose makes applying easy:
- Create an account.
- Start a standard project and select classroom supplies.
3. In your project narrative, explain how the requested items will directly impact student learning.
If your project meets eligibility and you teach at one of our approved schools, it will automatically be considered for a JUSTIN Classroom Grant – no need to mention the program by name.
Important:
- Your Total Project Goal must be $2,000 or less, including shipping, fees, and DonorsChoose’s suggested donation.
- Requests over $2,000 will not be reviewed.
